The Cuisine of the North of Brazil
The North of Brazil encompasses the states of Acre, Amazonas, Amapá, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins and is also refered to as Amazônia. Amazônia is covered for the major part by tropical rainforest. This region has the Brazilian cuisine which is most influenced by Amerindian cultures.
